Saroj'S Kitchen : Delicious Indian Parathas

<p>For me cooking is a form of meditation. It's my way of showeringloveand blessings on everyone. I feel humbled and happy when my family andlove ones enjoy the parathas that I make. They are always asking me for the recipe. </p><p>Sharing my recipes with the world has always given me a lot of joy. Afterall knowledge increases when shared doesnt it?</p><p>I had never thought of writing a cookbook and two years ago my daughter-in-law Mayura came up with this idea. She created an entire framework for the book and I just didnt do anything about it. However this year I guess the writing bug bit me and I decided to pen down my recipes with the help of my wonderful grandson Abhimanyu. </p><p>My husband Krishankant Jain helped me with the wonderful anecdotes and my daughter-in-law Mayura helped me edit it. My son Amarkant (Happy) helped design the book and publish it. Little Sanskriti my granddaughter used to sit at my side and carefully listen to the stories and recipes and ask lots of questions.</p><p>I completely enjoyed the process and am hoping that you all like the recipes too.
