SASH (a Structured Approach in Solving a Human-related problem)

In the face of complex health challenges effectively engaging patients in their care is important to improve health outcomes. The purpose of this first volume is to show how to use the tools of HCD to build empathy completely understand the end- users and the barriers they have experienced given the problem. Volumes II and III will show how to use the data collected at the inspiration phase to cocreate and implement interventions with them.
