It's possible to heal your gut and go into remission.</p><p>An important key is to eliminate harmful inflammatory foods and include nutritious healing foods.</p><p>There will be some foods going forward that you'll want to limit or simply avoid. I now enjoy many nutritious foods and most of my favorites.</p><p>You can have a happy gut and control autoimmune disease. This handbook is intended to be a guide to that end. You can prepare good food even if you start with limited kitchen skills like me!</p>
