This text addresses two issues that are considered essential for society firstly it talks about school coexistence in a Public Educational Institution of Quindio where it has a quantitative approach with structured design and constructivist pedagogical model. The objective is to address aggression as a difficulty that affects coexistence in the Antonio Nariño Educational Institution in La Tebaida Quindío. After an exercise of non-participatory observation consultation of previous research and personal dialogue the concern arises: How do strategies for self-care construction of socio-emotional skills and awareness of the educational community provide important elements for reducing school bullying that affects coexistence in students of grade 7 - 2018 - 8 ° 2019 in the I.E. Antonio Nariño of La Tebaida Quindio? And secondly it addresses the issue of physical violence against women. The objective of this article is to explore the etiology of physical violence against women in Latin America recognizing the alarming figures provided by the WHO.
