About The Book

Undoubtedly management is an important science in any organization since predetermined objective cannot be accomplished without proper management. Managing the behavioral problems of learners in Secondary Schools in the Buea Municipality-Cameroon is a topic of concern to every educational practitioner in the country. This study therefore sets out to investigate the use of management theories in handling students’ behavioral problems in these secondary schools in the Buea Municipality of Cameroon. It also attempts to establish a relationship between management theories and handling students’ behavioral problems. The data for this study was collected from secondary school administrators teachers and learners through an open ended questionnaire that will be developed. The study made some recommendations on the use of management theories in handling students’ behavioral problems in schools in general. Given the fact that this study was focused on students and teachers parents who also influence the behavior of learners were taken into consideration.
