Biology has promoted an understanding of human use of plants and animals. This requires the application of the knowledge of insects microorganisms plants fungi and other environmental factors such as temperature relative humidity and moisture content to maintain derived Products of plant and animal origin in good quality until required for usage. Generally the society depends on food clothing and wood which are derived Products of Natural Resources for variety of uses. With current consumers concern the thrust is now on the use of natural environmental components for effective management of the natural resources of plant and animal origin to increase their shelf-life and durability.
