Tension is attributed mainly to the state of mind. Stress can be of both body and mind. In fact it works both ways. If our mind is in trouble it affects the body and if the body is in any physical stress it gives distress signals to the mind looking for rescue and generates stress in the mind also. Thus the problem of the mind affects the body and the problem of body affects the mind. It is this vicious cycle that is most dangerous. At least we can surly isolate and localize these factors and prevent them from affecting us. For this we have to change the way we think and live.
