<p>When we did yoga in MA at that time there was no book by subject. When we prepared the notes there was a facility for the students who came forward. Our written notes become the basis of study for the students. We did not stop the study. As a result some new points were reported. Those points are taken in this book.</p><p>This book contains the entire syllabus in questions and their answers. Also point-wise answers have been written for exam preparation. Apart from this an attempt has also been made to include complete knowledge of the subject in it. With this the book has also become useful for the experts of Asans.</p>
