Sclerosteosis-1: Clinical and Molecular Studies in an Egyptian Family

We wrote this book for everyone looking for background genetics information about bone growth disorders especially sclerosteosis. Sclerosteosis-1 is an autosomal recessive disorder characterized by bone overgrowth due to aberrant Sclerostin protein the product of the SOST gene. This book describes the clinical and molecular studies for the first reported affected Egyptian family with sclerosteosis-1 including novel variant and a new expanding clinical feature.
