It was my mom</p><p>who made it clear to me that I was a screen slave and she helped me realize the importance of</p><p>engaging with her while in her presence. Every second with each other matters because when</p><p>your time is up there's nothing you can do about it.</p><p><br></p><p>Hopefully after you read this book you will begin to take back control of your life by not</p><p>allowing a handheld device to dictate your actions thoughts and emotions. I have seen it</p><p>firsthand in my life and with my wife kids family and friends. Honestly I am tired of it! It</p><p>has damaged my relationships in the past because I put more time into my phone than the</p><p>person I was with.</p><p><br></p><p>Enough is enough!!
