Screen Time

<p>Screen Time depicts a boy on his birthday getting what he wants most his very first cell phone. As Leo finds his gift and unboxes his phone he unknowingly unleashes the pitfalls of cell phone addiction: Fear of missing out (FOMO) Comparison Self Doubt/Worthiness Anxiety and Depression; Oh my!</p><p><br></p><p>Leo then gets into a jam while walking home from school but luckily finds an animal friend and his own mindfulness practice to help him along his way! </p><p><br></p><p>This book is meant to bring awareness around our relationship with technology namely social media and help us build better relationships with our devices which have inadvertently become our vices. Young or old the message is relevant and pertinent now more than ever as we navigate a post pandemic world.</p>
