Seasons - Twenty-two Poems from My Heart

The poems in this manuscript are the beginning of many volumes of <b>Miss Shekarabi's</b> work to come. She writes about love family political turmoil betrayal depression injustice dreams and many other human struggles. She has a great love and admiration for both her own Persian culture and that of the American culture which impact her writing. She credits her paternal grandmother for her love of poetry and language and refers to her sister as her inspiration. Her poetry is a reflection of her most profound experiences in the past decade.
