Secret in My Chest

Beauty dies in her apartment on Valentines Day eve while her fiance was somewhere away from her in his apartment waiting up in bed that night to be the first to beep her a Valentines Day text message and a call. He beeps and she is not there. The next morning he finds her dead and the government is fingered. But there is a twist and he eventually finds that his fiancee has something in her chest she is keeping away from him. Eventually the secret will lead him to the killer.
