This monograph presents an approach to the forms of seduction in virtuality. Seduction as a communicative practice of sign exchange finds in Tinder a new vehicle for individuals to transcribe desire in the other and in turn be stimulated. We explore the transformations in the rituals and strategies assumed by heterosexual university students from the use of the virtual platform Tinder in their desire to seduce and be seduced. The results showed that despite the apparent boom of virtual social networks to find a partner university students continue to prefer traditional spaces to seduce although they have been shedding the imaginary of romantic love.
