<p>This is a humorous young-adult novel about a summertime experience that leads to the trials tribulations and temptations while growing up.</p><p>A God-fearing cantankerous family matriarch is asked to undergo a daunting summer task. Her responsibilities include the watchdog effort and the use of whatever means necessary to teach and discipline her grandchildren grandnieces and grandnephews. Although their ages range from eight to seventeen the desire necessity and reluctance for them being in her house depends on one major stipulationthey all must attend church services with her every Sunday.</p>
