<p><br></p><p class=ql-align-justify><strong><em>Seeking Justice</em></strong> is a photodocumentary book of the Smiley Culture&nbsp;Protest of April 16<sup>th</sup> &nbsp;2011 by award winning photojournalist and author Delroy Constantine-Simms. The 500 timeless Black&nbsp;and white images in<strong><em> Seeking Justice</em></strong> were a<span style=color: rgba(0 0 0 1)>cquired by f</span>o<span style=color: rgba(0 0 0 1)>llowing activists and organizers throughout the protest. &nbsp;</span><strong><em>Seeking Justice</em></strong> <span style=color: rgba(0 0 0 1)>reflects the complex and often contentious relationship between the Black community and police through poignant quotes and essays. </span><strong><em>Seeking Justice</em></strong> is a <span style=color: rgba(0 0 0 1)>reflection of the public reaction to the untimely and questionable death of reggae&nbsp;star Smiley Culture who died in the presence and custody of the London Metropolitan Police in his own home. </span><strong><em>Seeking Justice</em></strong> is <span style=color: rgba(0 0 0 1)>also a contribution to the photographic history of Black British resistance to police oppression and brutality for future generations to appreciate and learn from.</span></p><p></p><p><br></p><p></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p></p><p><br></p><p></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>.</p><p></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p></p><p><br></p>
