Selected Topics in Human Rights

The present work brings together the most important chapters of my production three on Human Rights two on Environmental Issues framed in one entitled Democracy and Modernisation of the Colombian State and finally a reflection on Distance Education and the Information Society. This implies and demands that universities and higher education institutions (HEIs) assume a critical role of integral relevance in their relationship between University - Company - Society capable of responding to the challenges of the knowledge and information society in accordance with the challenges of the 21st century.
