Self-Esteem Stress and Accidents at Work in Nursing

Many nursing professionals work in hospital environments. These environments have aggressive factors that can influence the psychological aspects of workers such as self-esteem and stress leading to accidents at work. In this sense it is important to address these issues (self-esteem stress and accidents at work) in a context such as this (hospital environment). It is believed that with the information contained in this book changes can be made in the workplace by implementing programmes to prevent accidents at work and mental illness raising awareness of the use of personal and collective protective equipment and improving adherence to training on safe working practices.
