Self-management and interaction with diseases

All people with chronic non-communicable diseases must master the most appropriate therapeutic techniques to deal with their condition independently. From this arises the need to address in an integrated and coherent way strategies to achieve these goals. The re-dimensioning of traditional teaching and the need to grant cognitive-therapeutic independence to the beneficiaries are the main objectives proposed in this scientific work.
