Self Work 101

<p>This self-discovery workbook has been created to identify define and/or enhance specific areas of life in which growth is possible. There are 101 exploration discovery language (i.e. self-esteem knowledge and self-love) to guide you on your unique journey. You will also find self-improvement/awareness quotes discovery language definitions lesson questions 365 on me questionnaire and self-love demonstration. Lesson questions focus on specific topics that allows you to explore discovery language concepts. The 365 on me questionnaire allows you to brainstorm and/or explore both closed and open-ended questions. Additionally there are several blank pages at the back of the workbook specifically for expansion on 365 on me questionnaire. </p><p><br></p><p>Lastly your demonstration of self-love will allow your reflection on your discovery language for that day could be a determining factor of that discovery language exploration. </p>
