<p>Self-coaching is a method that everyone can use. I made my first use of it after getting divorced. At that time I didn't have much experience as a coach and I was feeling overwhelmed by my emotions so I looked for something that could help me manage my situation. Performing under pressure was my biggest challenge at that time. To be truthful I didn't perform particularly well allowing circumstances to fluctuate my emotions. Upon searching online I came across a list of standard coaching questions and began answering them. At first I followed them in the order they were presented. By working my way through the questions and answers repeatedly I eventually invented a version that I still use today. In this book I share personal stories of how the method worked for me and I hope it will inspire my readers.</p>
