This study aimed to assess seminal sirt-1 in infertile men associated with varicocele (Vx). Patients and Methods: Overall 54 men presented to the University hospitals after ethical approval and informed consent were investigated. They were allocated into; fertile men (n=14) infertile OAT men without Vx (n=23) and infertile OAT men with Vx (n=17). Inclusion criteria for the patients: Stable relationship confirmed abnormal semen parameters and normal female partner. Exclusion criteria were; Leucocytospermia hormonal therapy immunological disorders dyslipidemia hypogonadism hypertension cardiovascular disorders morbid obesity hepatic or renal failures. They were subjected to; history taking clinical examination semen analysis and estimation of seminal sirt-1by Western Blot technique. Seminal sirt-1 play a role of male infertility being significantly decreased in infertile men in general and in infertile men associated with Vx in specific.
