Servant Leadership In the Restaurant Industry

Leaders around the world should incorporate the Servant Leadership model into their everyday practice. This study discovered the relationship between the Servant Leadership style Organizational Commitment and Perceived Organizational Support applied in the restaurant industry. The researcher believes that the result can be applied in all types of industry and may benefit organizations around the world. The researcher meticulously gathered the research data for nearly a year and completed the research to discover these relationships.
