My family business was in civil contracting so I naturally followed that path becoming a civil contractor and later a builder. Even in those roles communication skills weren't really essential. Whenever I had to communicate with someone or write a letter it took a lot of searching research and help from others to get it done. Becoming an author was never something I even considered. As life went on different coaches came into my life each guiding me on various subjects. One of them suggested that I should write something. He told me to write a book. At first I was hesitant but eventually I started writing. I let myself flow just like a river. And today that flow has resulted in the book you're holding. As you read it you might come across ideas or points that inspire you to pursue your own path maybe even to become an author yourself. I say this from the heart.
