Setting up a computerized workstation

Fitting out and adjusting a computerized workstation allows for the adoption of comfortable postures and prevents fatigue discomfort tension and the risk of injury. Ergonomic adaptation of the workstation does not always require the acquisition of new furniture but if furniture must be acquired it is recommended that it be adjustable.With this in mind we carried out a study of the workstation of an operator working on a screen with the aim of adapting her workstation ergonomically.
