Setting up a marketing department

The emergence of a new economic situation has pushed management to implement new strategies and at the same time new management tools. This dissertation aims to expose the methods of performance management but does not aim to treat the theme of performance in a global way for all categories of organizations. We have deliberately limited ourselves to the framework of a target organization. This case is interesting because a number of large groups have adopted this approach to manage their information systems.
