<p><b>London. May 1889.</b> After preventing a diplomatic incident involving Otto Von Bismarck Cullen Moffat and John Batchelor set up a private investigation company in Soho London. They are joined by journalist Uriah Garrett who is sacked by his newspaper after a high ranking Metropolitan Police Officer refuses to allow the truth about the Ripper murders to be published.</p><p></p><p>Cullen meets his old Colonel from the Crimea who is now Head of The Liverpool Cotton Association. The Colonel needs their help and engages them to investigate a problem in his offices.
