Severed Echoes

In the small town of Pine Lake Colorado Lisa Benoche is dead and an audio recording from her virtual assistant device threatens to turn what looks like a suicide into the first murder investigation the town has seen in many years. As the rookie detective Nick Severs digs deeper into the high-tech motives surrounding her death he has no idea that a female hacktivist group have already set their sights on him and that a dark chapter from his own past is about to catch up to him.
