They know their topic and they deliver it very well using all of their assets. They are the Complete Package. Complete Packages exude energy and the audience wants to soak it up. Surely as a leader there would be nothing better than delivering a speech chairing a meeting or holding a discussion and being treated like this because it means you are having an impact. Your message is getting across and people want to hear what you've got to say because what you say makes sense. It is up to you to be willing to review your style often and to change what needs changing. Actors do it all the time - so can you.</p><p><br></p>
