In present time sexual harassment/ exploitation of women at work place has become a common thing. The girl /Women occupies a far more inferior position to that of a male.The sexual harassment of a female at the workplace is incompatible with dignity and honour of a female and needs to be eliminated and that there can be no compromise with such violation.
