Shades of Fear

<p><strong><em>A killer claims four victims and he's not done yet. </em></strong></p><p>The murderer leaves an American flag sticker on his victims a message that stumps police. This is Detective Colt Jessup's first investigation into a serial killer and he doesn't like it one bit when the FBI shows up to take charge. Random murders in different parts of the city with no common thread perplex both agencies. On his own Jessup runs a covert investigation while also juggling personal issues at home. After a press conference a witness offers information that will break the case wide open. She is on a Kill List and could be the killer's next victim unless the police stop him in time. </p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
