Shadows and Light: An anthology of stories by veterans and their partners healing through post-traumatic stress

In 2005 eight veterans of war along with their partners embarked on a life-altering emotional journey. Participating in the Heidelberg Repatriation Hospitals Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Group Treatment Program they boldly and bravely confronted years of trauma and emotional distress. Throughout their treatment they formed an unprecedented bond of friendship and solidarity a bond that has held strong for fifteen years.In Shadows and Light they gather to share their stories and pass on all they have learnt throughout their years of treatment.
