Arthur Bebell a noted hypnotherapist former photographer founder and director of a motion picture film laboratory residing in New York City has not led a sugarcoated life. Plunged into poverty after his father’s death when Arthur was only six he witnessed family betrayal greed anger dishonesty and jealousy throughout his childhood.
