<h2><strong>Dana Jessup</strong> is a Christian author Christ-centered transformation consultant and U.S. Air Force veteran originally from Nashville Tennessee now living on Florida's beautiful Space Coast. She is passionate about teaching others that lasting freedom is found through faith in Jesus. After experiencing her own breakthrough from binge eating and food addiction Dana felt called to share her story and build a faith-based wellness business that empowers others to stop guessing and start seeing real results. Her goal is to take the overwhelm out of health-because His yoke is easy and His burden is light (Matthew 11:30).</h2><p></p><h2>Her life and work are anchored in six powerful transformation pillars: authentic faith vision setting movement nutrition self-care and creativity.
