So as to get familiarized with the different views espoused by relevant authorities in this regard the study has attempted by undertaking a comparative analysis between two distinct laws to identify the arrangements envisaged under these principles with the help of the decisions of Common Law jurisdictions and the doctrines of Islamic schools of thought.
