Scarlet Usher has more responsibility now than she knows what to do with. And if that wasn't enough she also has to deal with werewolf hunters wolfsbane poisoning and voices in her head. Worst of all she has to come face to face with her mother. After uncovering head-spinning secrets about herself and her family she forgets about letting go of Peter's memory and instead tries to learn more about him. What she finds will lead her on a journey to attempt a task that will upset the entire werewolf species and the balance of nature itself. It's just too bad she doesn't figure that out until it's too late.
