Shree Satyanarayana Katha

<p>The Satyanarayana Vrata is a Hindu religious observance. This puja is done on special occasions like marriage and during times of achievements as an offering of gratitude to the Lord Vishnu. This ritual can be performed by devotees on any day for any reason. In addition it is said that a devotional performance of this puja will bear children to couples trying to start a family.</p><p>Satyanarayana Katha is a story revolving around why and when this pooja is performed and these stories are usually told during this pooja.</p><p>“<em>Shree Satyanarayan Katha - Saral Hindi Balkatha</em>” is our attempt to make this story simpler and easier for kids. In doing so we have added few relevant names to the characters. We have simplified the flow. We have also tried to illustrate the story with simple drawings for kids. We have maintained the essence of the story.</p><p>The Satyanarayana Puja is usually done on the Full Moon (Purnima) day of every month or any day you wish to do it.</p>
