Significance of semantically complete terminologies in unsupervised (self) learning

Particularly when learning a new technology like blockchain. Most people who are actively learning about blockchain also are interested in understanding the true and complete meaning of blockchain. This paper explores the characteristics of semantically complete terminology for blockchain and its significance to self-learning and in accelerating the learning process.
