About the Book: This book is an echo of human emotions urges desires pathos and sorrows. Historical truths mythological flights and realism of materialistic world and nature at its glory is all pervasive. In ''Silent Script'' the un-natural crisis of universe is part of poetry. In this context the glimpses of agony of the last maharaja of Punjab is there in the poem ''From the graveyard of Elveden. Read through these poems the forbidden voices of Punjab the laments of Sikh diaspora the Sikh genocide of 1984 especially the poem ''The secrets of Morpheus'' and ''Truth of a Nation''-1984. The disasters of earth are not a jumble shop in my poems here you will feel the spirit of minorities who scarified their lives for freedom but still they are passing through the crisis of the loss of identity. Women of India in the Asian sub- continent is in its full frame. The Great natural poetry is here for you. The Glimpses of first and second world war and un- quoted tales of war heroes are for you. About the Author: The poetess belongs to the Hoshiarpur region of Punjab. She is deeply fond of nature and rustic life is vividly projected in her poetry. The scenic beauty of Canada and historical glimpses of the World Wars flow naturally through her work. The pain of the Earth is a recurring theme throughout her poetry. The struggles and tales of woe of the Sikh diaspora are artistically woven into her verses. A burning concern in her work is the decaying condition of the Earth. Indian Sufism also travels constantly through her poetry enriching it with spiritual depth. The poetess completed her studies at Punjab University Chandigarh where she earned M.A. degrees in both English and Punjabi. Later in 2002 she completed her Ph.D. in Comparative Literature at Punjabi University Patiala under my guidance. Her thesis was titled A Comparative Study of Harinder Singh Mehboob and Walt Whitman. This is her foremost work in English poetry; before this she had already made her name as a well-versed Punjabi poetess.
