Simulation for Microwave Processing of Thermoset Composites

Microwave heat source attenuation is considered a major problem in microwave process. Herein we simulated the microwave energy attenuation and the solution which can control this attenuation into a curve-sharped part with epoxy glass. We focused on simulation of microwave processing of epoxy glass composite by using COMSOL software. This software based on finite elements method is widely used in research. It’s helpful tool for engineers and researchers working in diverse fields. The software is used to understand and optimize the product designs and processes. The book destined to bachelor master and PhD students working on simulation and design optimization.
