SIMULATION OF THE PROCESS OF INFRARED PROCESSING OF COTTON SEED BRUSH

The monograph presents the results of theoretical and experimental studies a mathematical model of the process of thermal radiation treatment of cotton seed mint in a solvent medium is obtained. An algorithm for solving a mathematical model programmatically implemented in the algorithmic language MATLAB has been developed. The main regularities of the process of heat treatment of cotton seed mint in an organic solvent medium are investigated.The monograph will be useful for engineering and technical workers researchers doctoral students as well as undergraduates and students of technical universities specializing in food and chemical technology.
