sin cesar is an independent grassroots literary magazine established in South Central LA that publishes and promotes contemporary expressions of Black & Brown imagination extends a bridge to Mexico & Latin America and translates work on both sides in both English & Spanish as an act of solidarity with our communities. Additionally sin cesar operates at Re/Arte Centro Literario in Boyle Heights.
