This book is the result of several investigations of historical-literary aspects in the area of Anglo-Portuguese Studies in the 18th and 19th centuries which were mainly the basis of the subjects the author worked on. In recent years she has dedicated herself mainly to the study of the tragedy of Inês de Castro having recently published the third edition of the book Inês de Castro - Um tema Português na Europa . She has also devoted herself to recovering old studies of the varied areas in which she worked.
