<p>This book is a testament of the resiliency of African American women who walk with Jesus. <em>Sistahs </em>is a compilation of their life stories. <em>Sistahs </em>is about the intersectionality of African American women with Jesus the institutional church and how a traditionally Southern Baptist women's missions organization catapulted them to higher heights and deeper depths in ministry. It loudly echoes the kindship of women on mission who dare to cooperate in love and to proclaim the world for Christ even when against all odds.</p><p><br></p>
