Armed with degrees in Marine Engineering and Management he first sailed across half the known world and then built businesses across most of the rest of it. In his career spanning thirty-eight years he built companies from scratch transformed them and turned them around. Currently he mentors nine start-ups and about twenty professionals. He is a director on three boards and advises two more.</span></p><p></p><p><span style=background-color: rgba(255 255 255 1); color: rgba(15 17 17 1)>He started writing in his teens.
