<p>Dr. Perryn Rice has written more than 2000 weekly and occasional devotions over the past twenty years. He is the Senior Pastor of the Lake Highlands Presbyterian Church in Dallas Texas where he resides with his wife Terri and their two children. Perryn is an ordained minister in the Cumberland Presbyterian Church in America the Cumberland Presbyterian Church and the Presbyterian Church U.S.A. with degrees from Bethel College (McKenzie TN) Brite Divinity School (TCU Ft. Worth TX) and Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary (Austin TX). Although his passion is preaching he understands that God speaks in many ways. He hopes that God speaks an encouraging word through this book to every reader.</p>
