Skills and Abilities of Non Sighted People

The abilities and skills of people with visual impairment have the same opportunities and rights as everyone else. It should be considered that they need to be employed and incorporated for their labor reinsertion as they are productive entities capable of providing for their homes sustaining their households and satisfying their personal needs using techniques appropriate to their disability. Without this being an obstacle ensure satisfactory and productive employment which is dignified along with their salary. Services and means of access must be specialized and become the key to dignity productivity and independence for the visually impaired. In Ecuador there are many people with visual impairment there are great reasons for children to be born prematurely and if they manage to survive many of them are affected in their vision. People with visual impairment are facing challenges due to vision loss; which at the same time are developing other skills and abilities allowing them to develop their skills and abilities and be useful in other fields.
