Slow Progress

Occasionally some things appear to take an eternity to reach fruition. Unfortunately this is not the case for Jonathan Mori's innovative compelling humorous insightful incisive and otherwise unorthodox collection of poems that relate all the pain of stifled hopes and expectations in one neatly finished and promptly delivered package. Although it should be taken to be an independent work in its own right Slow Progress echoes many themes from the previous collection Passage of Something with the author becoming more a participant than a passive observer in an exploration of a world driven by often puzzling and disturbing forces.
