Small Creatures

When an unscrupulous property developer persuades the council to let him build homes on Nelson Park a dramatic adventure begins. Unable to halt the destructive power of the builders and their machines the animals that live in the park are forced out of their homes and find themselves on the run. Even the magical powers of Chantarelle Queen of the Eldrich are not strong enough to resist the human developers and halt their progress. Two unlikely heroes find themselves thrown together in a struggle to survive one a human boy with little love of nature the other an old hare who has suffered from human cruelty. In a curious twist Chantarelle casts a spell over the human boy so he can learn what the world is like through the eyes of a small creature. Will this really be the end for Nelson Park and the animals that live there or will there still be time for the unlikely heroes to stop the devastation and save the day?
