Small Journeys

<p>Karen West is a native-born New Zealander now living in Australia. She writes historic romances under a pseudonym Kate Westwood and has published a first collection of poems <em>Between Is and Was</em>. Her second collection of poems <em>Small Journeys</em> savours those fleeting moments and experiences which shape the journey of our lives.<br />Set against the inevitable backdrop of her beloved New Zealand landscapes <em>Small Journeys</em> looks towards ideas of memory sentimentality personal loss and the resilience of human nature to move forward in courage and in hope.<br /> </p>
